摘要: A Mach-Zehnder interferometer with dissimilar arms in the form of buried-rib and ARROW waveguides is considered. The has a wavelength-dependent offset because diferent chromatic dispersion two arms. This feature makes it possible to build balanced interferometric sensor negligible temperature sensitivity but which due an external stimulus can still be determined by varying wavelength source. Dispersion calculations for this are presented construction design.
