Konjenital Kalp Hastalığı Olan Hastalarda Anormal Koagülasyon Test Sonuçlarının Oranı

摘要: Introduction: Coagluation abnormalities are expected in patients with congenital heart disease. We searched the rate of abnormal coagulation test children both cyanotic and non-cyanotic disease investigated clinical relevance these tests. Material Method: 49 who have needed surgical intervention were prospectively enrolled to this study. Demographic data, primary diagnosis, bleeding complication during after prognosis recorded. Platelet counts, prothrombin time, activated partial thromboplastine time blood fibrinogen levels measured prior intervention. Results: 16 had prolonged PT, 13 low level, 10 aPTT 5 platelet count. Conclusion: There was no increased risk results, but caution must be taken operation patients.Key words:
