摘要: Background/Objectives: Swine slurry is generally used as raw liquid fertilizer and leads environmental pollution. Therefore to overcome that, anaerobic digestion before its field application would reduce pollution give bioenergy. Methods/Statistical Analysis: The dynamics of biochemical parameters in swine are not fully evaluated system. In this study, basic changes physico-biochemical character (pH, EC, solids, organic matters, nutrients, heavy metals, pathogens methanogens) under mesophilic using batch system evaluated. Findings: During was shown the removal rate matters at 85% 75% terms BOD5 SCODCr. Salmonella fecal coliforms removed 100% 97%. Interestingly, nutrients contents were increased 19% 12% NH3-N available phosphorous, respectively. methane potentials observed 236 L/kg CODadded, 307 VSadded, accounted for 54.3% biogas produced with dominant population Methanosarcina sp. Conclusion/Improvements: It concluded that digester greatly desirable regards bioenergy, ecofriently biofertilizer production significant biodegradability waste.
