摘要: Evaluation of the feeding deterrent potential crude organic extracts from fifteen marine sponges. Organisms have developed diverse mechanisms during their evolution, to defend themselves predators and competitors, in order ensure temporal permanence. One these is chemical defense. Chemical substances are used by some organisms deter devouring them. This paper evaluates efficacy different sponges Colombian Caribbean a predator, generalist reef fish Stegastes partitus. It was found that Cribrochalina infundibulum extract acted as feedingattractant this particular while only Dragmacidon reticulata, Petromica cyocaliptoides, Neopetrosia proxima, Myrmekioderma gyroderma Biemna cribaria were 293-308
