Identification of 18S ribosomal DNA genotype of Acanthamoeba from patients with keratitis in North China

摘要: Purpose To identify the genotype of 18S ribosomal RNA gene (18S rDNA, Rns) Acanthamoeba strains isolated from patients with keratitis in northern China. Methods The genus-specific primers JDP1 and JDP2 were used for amplification amplimer ASA.S1. With DNA PCR sequencing, Rns genotypes identified according to DF3 sequence variances. Results Of all 26 sequences obtained strains, 18 unique (69.2%). those, 17 T4 one was T3. Conclusions Most China T4. results are agreement recent literature.
