摘要: Neospora caninum is a major cause of abortion and economic losses among dairy farms in Iran other countries. The main goal current investigation was to evaluate the presence antibodies against N. associated risk factors herds with history Hamedan province West Iran. A total numbers 476 185 blood samples pregnant cattle farm dogs from 10 were randomly collected. Bulk milk sample taken each farm. All subjected for detection IgG antibody using ELISA technique. Of all examined animals, 24.8% 8.65% seropositive caninum. seroprevalence had significant differences abortion, stillbirth, metritis, breed, close contact dogs, wild carnivores, rodents, poultry, pregnancy artificial insemination method. There no different age groups, number stage gestation, herd population. In investigated farms, bulk examination positive. there difference between sex.
