摘要: A structured metabolic model of the biological phosphorus removal process has been developed. In this approach is based on bioenergetics and stoichiometry metabolism. All relevant reactions underlying P-metabolism, considering also ATP NADH 2 , are described. The derived set linear relations used to reduce number conversions rates required describe process. predictions were experimentally verified by measurement external acetate, phosphate ammonium concentrations as well internal fractions PHB glycogen. applied dynamic steady-state situations over a wide range sludge ages. very capable describing complex
