摘要: Abstract Objective. To evaluate the accuracy of endometrial volume measurement and 3-dimensional power Doppler analysis (3D-PDA) in diagnosis carcinoma hyperplasia women with post- peri-menopausal bleeding. Methods. 56 post-menopausal 89 bleeding were enrolled. All scheduled for hysteroscopy, dilatation curettage, sampling or hysterectomy, ultrasound was performed within 24 h before procedure. Endometrial thickness, volume, vascularity index (VI), flow (FI) (VFI) measured. These parameters compared between group normal histology (including polyps) pathologic (carcinoma without atypia). Results. Ninety (62%) had histology, 26 (17.9%) an polyp, 18 (12.5%) 11 (7.6%) carcinoma. Mean thickness 11 mm 15.5 mm groups respectively ( p =0.022). The FI 18.6 23.6 two =0.014). VFI 0.68 0.89 =0.018). Using ROC area under curve 0.698, 0.728, 0.621, 0.631, 0.625 VI, respectively. best predictor 3.56 cc more (sensitivity 93.1%, specificity 36.2%). Conclusions. 3D-PDA are good diagnostic tools predicting
