摘要: In recent years, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has become more widely used in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), involving, for example, evaluation of cerebral edema, white matter fiber bundle tracking, perfusion status, and assessment brain metabolites. MRI many modalities. However, its application assessing changes the internal environment at tissue cellular level after hypoxia-ischemia remains a challenge is currently focus intense research. Based on exchange between amide protons proteins polypeptides free water protons, proton transfer (APT) can display pH protein concentrations vivo. This paper review principles APT imaging, with potential HIE.
