摘要: Die vorliegende Ubersicht uber den Tumormarker Thyreoglobulin wird im Rahmen der Serie „Tumormarker“ des Zentralblatts fur Arbeitsmedizin, Arbeitsschutz und Ergonomie publiziert, welche sich mit dem immer haufigeren Gebrauch Bestimmung spezifischer Marker bei sog. Manager-Vorsorgen Check-up-Untersuchungen beschaftigt. eignet grundsatzlich nicht solche Vorsorgen, sondern ist ein Parameter Therapie‑, Verlaufs- Rezidivkontrolle differenzierter Schilddrusenkarzinome. Hierbei zeigt dieser eine hohe Sensitivitat wie auch Spezifitat, wobei er jedoch keinesfalls als Screening-Parameter zur Fruhdiagnostik eingesetzt werden soll.
