摘要: Phase change material (PCM) used in buildings can reduce the building energy consumption and indoor temperature fluctuation. A composite PCM has been fabricated by binary eutectic mixture of tetradecanol (TD) lauric acid (LA) absorbed into expanded perlite (EP) using vacuum impregnation method, its thermal conductivity was promoted aluminium powder (AP) additive. Besides, styrene-acrylic emulsion mixed with particles to form protective film, so as solve problem leakage. Thus, a novel panel (PCMP) prepared compression moulding forming method. The property, microstructure characteristic, mechanical conductivity, reliability leakage have investigated analysed. Meanwhile, performance PCMP tested through PCMPs installed on inside wall cell under outdoor climatic conditions. melting 24.9 °C, freezing 25.2 latent heat 78.2 J/g 81.3 J/g. test exposed that enhanced addition AP decreased, but it still remains high level. result proven liquid leaking avoided surface film experiment shown significant function about adjusting reducing heats transferring between outside. In view performance, property results, be concluded promising application potential.
