摘要: Fusarium head blight (FHB) is a well-known disease of wheat caused by complex species. In this research, an extensive study on the occurrence emerging cyclodepsipeptide mycotoxins beauvericin and enniatins was conducted in Belgian grains harvested 2015 2016. To assess link between species their mycotoxin production, ultra-performance liquid chromatography?tandem mass spectrometry used to quantify mycotoxins, while quantitative polymerase chain reaction applied presence RESULTS It shown that were mainly associated with F. avenaceum, beauvericin, despite its low incidence, correlated significantly poae. The application fungicides resulted shift occurring mycotoxins. Concerning effect weather conditions, it seen levels positively rainfall May June, negative correlation observed first half July. CONCLUSION Our provides new insights into agro-ecosystem which are main control measure against FHB. seems enniatin affected different parameters behave differently upon fungicides. ? 2018 Society Chemical Industry
