摘要: Abstract Interactions of antibiotics with algae-derived dissolved organic matter (ADOM) and macrophyte-derived (MDOM) are vital importance to the transport ecotoxicity in eutrophic freshwater lakes. Multi-spectroscopic techniques were used investigate complexation tetracycline (TTC) ADOM MDOM collected from Lake Taihu (China). The 3 fluorescent components, tyrosine-, tryptophan-, humic-like component, identified by excitation emission matrix spectra parallel factor analysis. Their fluorescence was quenched at different degree TTC titration through static quenching. induced conformational changes DOM fractions. Synchronous combined two dimensional correlation spectroscopy further suggested that formation TTC–DOM complexes occurred on sequential order tryptophan-like→tyrosine-like→humic-like component. effective quenching constants tryptophan- tyrosine-like component similar, higher than those strong binding ability abundant content protein-like substances indicated their prominent role complexation. Fourier transform infrared revealed heterogeneous functional groups, including amide I II, aromatics, aliphatics, responsible for These results highlight significant impact overgrowth algae macrophyte environmental behavior waters.
