摘要: CD9 belongs to the tetraspanin superfamily. Depending on cell type and associated molecules, has a wide variety of biological activities such as adhesion, motility, metastasis, growth, signal transduction, differentiation, sperm-egg fusion. This review focuses expression by hematopoietic cells its role in modulating cellular processes involved regulation inflammation. is functionally very important many diseases either or mediation disease. The various diseases, viral bacterial infections, cancer chronic lung allograft dysfunction, discussed. also interest biomarker diseases. Indeed primarily known specific exosome marker however, now recognized an anti-inflammatory monocytes macrophages. It was described murine IL-10-competent Breg IL-10-secreting CD9+ B were with better outcome transplant patients, identified new predictive long-term survival. In field cancer, both favorable prognostic predictor metastatic potential depending types. Finally, this discusses strategies target therapeutic tool. Because can have opposite effects situation, environment pathology, blocking seem be promising strategy.
