摘要: A series of investigations on the determinants myocardial oxygen consumption were reviewed and their relevance to survival function ischemic tissue in presence coronary occlusion pointed out. Tension development, contractile state myocardium, heart rate are most important factors influencing cardiac consumption, drugs commonly used treatment patients with acute infarction appear influence by acting upon these three determinants. Thus, digitalis glycosides sympathomimetic agents tend increase requirements, since they improve heart's inotropic state. However, this may be offset enlarged which end-diastolic volume tension reduced. Agents depress exert opposite effect. Electrocardiographic changes reflecting ischemia intensified when isoproterenol is administered following ligation. Synchronized arterial counterpulsation reduces development therefore consumption. An augmentation needs expected size necrotic zone impair zone, while a reduction
