摘要: This paper contributes to the topic of mobility management anticipation via exploitation preferred network ranking utility functions. The work proposes, implements, and evaluates a set functions based on Quality Service Experience indicators. Such indicators are obtained wireless overhearing, or active probing. also take into consideration recommendations from neighboring nodes. implementation has been integrated open-source software. proposed is evaluated experiments carried out testbed in terms handover time completion, total handovers successfully achieved, rejected handovers. Results show that overhearing relevant estimate mobility, as it brings more sensitivity lowers cost
