摘要: Disclosed is a deagglomeration apparatus, to improve the quality of mixture used for production concrete blocks. An illustrative embodiment deagglomerator comprises vertical shaft high-shear mixer, wherein rotational force (hydraulic or electric) mounted onto which are chains and/or knives, housed within flexible rubber “boot” tube. The configured be controllably powered, rotate and attached tools. Partially mixed formula introduced top region deagglomerator, falls downwardly past rotating tools pulverized mixed, before exiting lower area mixing region.
