摘要: The starspots on the surface of many chromospherically active binary stars concentrate long--lived longitudes separated by 180 degrees. activity shifts between these two longitudes, "flip-flop" events, have been observed in single like FK Comae and $\sigma$ Geminorum. Recently, interferometry has revealed that ellipticity may at least partly explain events This idea was supported double peaked shape long--term mean light curve this star. Here, we show curves fourteen binaries follow a general model which explains connection betweenm orbital motion, starspot distribution changes, \flip ~events. Surface differential rotation is probably weak stars, because interference constant period waves changes. These periods are longitude $(P_{\mathrm{act}})$ $(P_{\mathrm{orb}})$. We also how to apply same where only value $P_{\mathrm{act}}$ known. Finally, present tentative hypothesis about origin magnetic fields all spectral types stars.
