摘要: The olfactory receptor (OR) genes are expressed mainly in the cell membrane of sensory neurons nasal epithelium, and binding specific odorant ligands to OR proteins leads odor detection. ORs also non-olfactory tissues cells, but their functions often elusive. In this study, microarray analysis was used detect presence peripheral nerves. We found that a number were differentially sciatic nerve dorsal root ganglia (DRGs) following injury. expression profile several verified by situ hybridization real time quantitative RT-PCR. observed some primary culture Schwann cells up-regulated under H2O2 stimulation. Overall, all results suggest there may be possible relationship between differential injured nerves regeneration.
