摘要: This paper analyzes the systematically distorted management communication of a department store. The attention lies on practices which pursue motivating and controlling workers. These are regarded as refined managerial resource for engendering in workers docile subservient relation with interests maximizing economic outcomes. Methodologically, one used speech act pragmatic approach, order to evaluate discursive forms by manipulating validity criteria these acts. results reveal dissimulated use language contents reinforcing at competitiveness aggressiveness.
