摘要: Using the Rietveld method, phases of ceria-doped zirconia, calcined at temperatures 600 and 900 °C, were quantitatively analysed for different concentrations ceria. The results show that stabilization zirconia depends on dopant concentration calcination temperature. Moreover, theoretical calculation using ab initio Hartree–Fock–Roothaan method indicates most stable ceria-stabilized are cubic or tetragonal, in accordance with experimental results.
