摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are endogenous small non-coding RNAs that negatively regulate gene expression by targeting specific mRNAs; they involved in the modulation of important mRNA networks toxicity. Atrazine is a known endocrine-disrupting chemical, whose molecular mechanisms unknown. In this study, common carp (Cyprinus carpio) gonads at two key developmental stages were exposed to 0.428 ppb atrazine for 24 h vitro. MiRNA profiles analysed identify miRNAs related gonad development and reveal interfering with differentiation. exposure caused significant alteration multiple miRNAs. Compared juvenile ovary, more down-regulated testis, some these target steroid hormone biosynthesis pathway related-genes. Predicted genes differently-expressed after many reproductive biology signalling pathways. We suggest may have roles atrazine-induced toxicity altering expression. Our results also indicate can up-regulate aromatase through miRNAs, which supports hypothesis has activity Hypothalamus-Pituitary-Gonad axis its corresponding This study tells us following conclusions: 1. alterations predicted associated processes. 2. primordial gonad, promoted early gonad-determining decreasing 3. hormones.
