摘要: For centuries, research scientists and surgeons have been searching for the best way to close a wound from soft tissue hard tissue. A number of closure techniques developed simple primary more complexed sophisticated ones. Among them, covalent bonding non-covalent derived bioadhesives given enormous attention due their unique advantages, including convenient operation, minimum invasion, versatile application, etc. Compared adhesives, or physical interaction-based adhesives are particularly outstanding because reversible repeatable adhesion, non-chemical crosslinkers initiators introducing, relative mild they bioinspired nature. This review explores assesses range innovative that researched different types wounds. We highlight on interactions mechanical structure based bioadhesives, list adhesion mechanisms, materials compositions, strength, potential applications in recent research. In addition, further considerations next generation bioadhesive will also be discussed at end this review.
