Hematoma endocapsular: complicación inusual tras facoemulsificación y esclerectomía profunda no perforante

摘要: Resumen Caso clinico Varon de 68 anos con catarata y glaucoma primario angulo abierto no controlado maximo tratamiento topico en ojo derecho, intervenido cirugia combinada esclerectomia profunda perforante facoemulsificacion. No presento complicaciones intraoperatorias, pero el postoperatorio inmediato acudio por disminucion brusca agudeza visual tras maniobra Valsalva; se objetivo la exploracion un hematoma endocapsular. En ausencia resolucion espontanea, a los 3 meses realizo capsulotomia posterior laser neodomio:YAG mejoria inmediata optimo control presion intraocular. Discusion Se describe primer caso endocapsular como complicacion glaucoma, manejado eficazmente YAG.
