摘要: The epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) belongs to the ERBB family of tyrosine kinase receptors. EGFR signaling cascade is a key regulator in cell proliferation, differentiation, division, survival, and cancer development. In this review, structure its mutations, pathway, ligand binding dimerization, EGF/EGFR interaction, progress development inhibitors have been explored.
