摘要: Eudragit® L 30D was used as a carrier to prepare carteolol polymeric complexes in order obtain controlled release dosage forms. The polyanionic form of the polymer, neutralized at different degrees, reacts readily with hydrochloride give water-insoluble complexes. Carteolol were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry, IR, 1H- and 13C-NMR spectroscopy. In fact, results indicated that there intermolecular associations between polymer drug consisting ammonium salt interactions. Maximum content found be 22%
