摘要: Neonatal gnotobiotic dogs orally inoculated with canine rotavirus had ultrastructural changes limited to the jejunal and ileal regions of small intestine. Early scanning electron microscopic findings consisted swollen villus epithelial cells, denuded foci on intestinal villi, slight moderate atrophy. Later were atrophy no villi. Transmission in cells from 1 2 48 hours post-inoculation included: particles associated intracytoplasmic vacuoles near terminal web apical tubules; viral dilated cisternae rough endoplasmic reticulum; numbers necrotic having microvilli, mito- chondria, membrane-bound lipid-like material cytoplasm, clumped chromatin around periphery nucleus, disruption cytoplasmic membrane. In jejunum ileum at 72 154 post- inoculation, there fewer virus particles. addition, ultrastruc- tural morphology majority was similar crypt epithelium. These studies showed that infected subsequent propagation destruction cells.
