摘要: During mammalian oogenesis, germ cells undergo oocyte differentiation and development to form mature oocytes that contain essential components for supporting early embryogenesis. However, only a small fraction of become the mechanism this massive cell loss has been unclear. Our recent studies suggested formation functional are interlinked by ‘nursing’ process in germline cysts during mouse fetal ovaries. 80% sacrifice themselves donating their cytoplasmic contents remaining sister differentiate into primary with augmented developmental potential. In review, we will summarize particular focus on organelle transport cysts.
