摘要: Buildings are widely regarded as potential sources for demand flexibility. The flexibility of thermal and electric load in buildings is a result their interactive nature its impact on the building’s performance. In this paper, interaction building with three counterparts physical environment, civil infrastructure networks other investigated. literature review presents wide variety pathways associated impacts performance metrics such net energy use, emissions, occupant comfort operational cost. It demonstrated that all these should be considered to harness while maintaining at desired level. Juxtaposed upside providing flexibility, numerous implementation challenges identified evaluation financial valuation capacity aggregated potential, well control communication facilitate interactions.
