Resistivity Minima in Y-Stabilized ß-Ce Alloys Impurity Effects

摘要: Minima in the resistivity—temperature curves for d.h.c.p. alloy Ce16 at%Y were induced by addition of 5 or 10 at% Sc, Lu, Pu. The minima presumably result from an enhancement Kondo-type scattering thought to exist Y-stabilized β-Ce alloys but which at 16 concentration, binary alloys, is apparently not strong enough produce a resistivity minimum. caused impurities interpreted as being due 1) decrease overall Ce concentration and 2) impurity-induced increase effective internal pressure on atoms alloy. Minima den Widerstands-Temperaturkurven der Legierung At%Y mit doppelt hexagonal dichtester Kugelpackung wurden durch Beimengungen von oder At% Lu Pu bewirkt. Diese werden vermutlich eine Verstarkung Kondo-Streuung verursacht, die — wie man annimmt Y-stabilisierten β-Ce-Legierungen auftritt, aber binaren Legierungen offensichtlich nicht stark genug ist, um ein Widerstandsminimum zu erzeugen. Die Streuungsverstarkung, Hinzufugung Verunreinigungen verursacht wird, wird 1. einer allgemeinen Erniedrigung Ce-Konzentration und 2. verursachten Erhohung des effektiven inneren Druckes auf Ce-Atome erklart.
