摘要: Cultivated strawberry (Fragaria ×ananassa) is a valuable crop, yet the absence of rapid, high-throughput transgenic system has precluded meaningful application biotechnology and translation information from plant models to this crop. A new octoploid genetic line Laboratory Festival #9 been identified, selected solely for its rapid regeneration efficient transformation. Direct organogenesis achieved all tissues tested, with rapidly-growing shoot initials visible in as few 13 days. The conditions optimal regeneration, transformant selection, root generation, acclimatization are presented. progression explant soil can be about 60 development transformation protocols rapid-cycling genotype allows studies gene function background.
