摘要: Human aromatase is widely expressed in various tissues and shows complicated regulation by both inductive suppressive factors. The gene has the unique characteristic of having multiple exons available for use as exon 1, which are flanked with promoters. Tissue-specific expression regulated alternative these exons. 1 termed I.4 (1b) one that mainly used breast tissues. However, during cancer development it often switched from to I.3 (1c) or PII (1d), causes enhancement cancer-associated adipocytes fibroblasts. further at transcriptional post-transcriptional levels through PKA-, PKC-, tyrosine kinase receptor-mediated signaling pathways employ prostaglandin E2 class cytokines. Epigenetic modifications microRNA-mediated may play a critical role progression. Several genetic polymorphisms be prognostic factors disease influence response inhibitors.
