摘要: Rapid developments in technology and manufacturing industry have made many occupations trades, such as turners, machinists grinders, draftsmen- obsolete, while others need to be modified. Manufacturing Libya has suffered from a shortage of skilled semi-skilled manpower. In the 1990s, network Higher Technical Vocational Education Training (TVET) colleges was introduced enhance supply This paper presents initial results survey students at TVET colleges. It explores their perception regarding programmes well workrelated issues Libya. The main aim this research is investigate current skills gaps sector. To achieve goal questionnaire been designed, distributed higher education explore views regard. study indicated direct relationship between needs industrial sector technical disciplines, where output most important inputs industry. also how improve which will help serve community by providing with adequate information.
