摘要: Under pathophysiological conditions, the sympathetic supply to extremities may acquire a remarkable role in generation and maintenance of pain states that are designated by generic term reflex dystrophy (RSD). Syndromes ranging under this general appear be extraordinarily variable therefore have been described literature last 100 years many names, indicating neuronal mechanisms barely understood. Yet it is generally, though not unanimously, agreed (efferent) nervous system some way or another involved these syndromes.
