Synthesis and luminescence of spherical Y2O3:Eu3+ and Y2O3:Eu3+/Bi3+ particles

摘要: Y2O3:Eu3+ and Y2O3:Eu3+/Bi3+ particles with spherical morphology are synthesized by microwave-assistant hydrothermal process. The results show that cubic phase uniform size shape obtained. doping Eu3+ Bi3+ ion have no influence on the of samples. In process, fast homogeneous microwave heating benefits formation samples shape. Both dominant red emission originating from 5D0 → 7F2 transition Eu3+. codoping can enhance intensity emission.
