摘要: A concise synthesis of both enantiomers α-Tfm-proline and (S)-α-Tfm-prolinol from ethyl trifluoropyruvate is reported. The key step a diastereoselective allylation reaction (R)-phenylglycinol-based oxazolidines or imine. lactone obtained by cyclization the resulting hydroxy ester proved to be valuable intermediate for (S)-α-Tfm-allylglycine (S)-α-Tfm-norvaline in enantiopure form.
