摘要: Summary Che-1 is a RNA polymerase II binding protein involved in the regulation of gene transcription and, response to DNA damage, promotes p53 transcription. In this study, we investigated whether regulates mutant expression. We found that required for sustaining expression several cancer cell lines, and depletion by siRNA induces apoptosis both in vitro in vivo. Notably, loss activates damage checkpoint transactivation p73. Therefore, these findings underline important role has survival cells expressing p53.
