摘要: Genetic factors play an important role in childhood autism. This study is to determine the association of single-nucleotide polymorphisms dopa decarboxylase (DDC) and dopamine receptor-1 (DRD1) genes with autism, a Chinese Han population. A total 211 autistic children 250 age- gender-matched healthy controls were recruited. The severity disease was determined by Children Autism Rating Scale scores. TaqMan Probe real-time polymerase chain reaction used genotypes allele frequencies polymorphism rs6592961 DDC rs251937 DRD1. Case-control case-only studies respectively performed, contribution both predisposition its severity. Our results showed that there no significant concerning autism More larger samples are needed corroborate their predicting roles.
