摘要: Abstract Single-phase cubic Ba(Fe,Nb) 0.5 O 3 (BFN) powder was synthesized by solid-state reaction at 900, 1000, 1100, 1200 °C for 4 h in air. X-ray diffraction indicated that the BFN oxide mixture calcined crystallizes to pure perovskite phase. The crystallite size of increases slightly with increasing temperature, while lattice strain progressively decreases. ceramics were produced from this sintering 1350–1400 °C Samples prepared under these conditions achieved up 97.4% theoretical density. temperature dependence their dielectric constant and loss tangent, measured difference frequencies, shows an increase measurement frequency which is probably due disorder on B site ion perovskite. Mossbauer spectra sintered suggests presence a superstructure B-cation sublattice.
