摘要: Chitin, one of the most abundant substances biological origin, is an important component cell walls and septa many fungi (Wessels Sietsma 1981; Ruiz-Herrera 1992). Because have a well-defined shape essential role in maintenance growth, there has been increasing interest chitin biogenesis. Thus, synthesis served as useful model for morphogenesis (Cabib 1987; Cabib et al. 1982b, 1988; Bulawa 1993).
