摘要: Disclosed are methods, kits and systems for stratifying a patient according to molecular risk score employing such information making therapy decision involving colorectal cancer diagnosed with one or more liver metastases. The method comprises (a) comparing expression levels within tumor cells obtained from the of at least 10 panel 20 genes:, reference genes predetermined values correlating said genes; (b) calculating (MRS) based on differential compared value;(c) respect taking into account whether MRS is high low median score.
