摘要: Medicinal plants of the genus Hypericum are rich sources bioactive naphthodianthrones, which unique in plant kingdom, but quite common fungal endophytes. Cultivable endophytic fungi were isolated from 14 different spp. originating seeds grown under vitro conditions and further acclimated to outdoor conditions. Among 37 isolates yielded aerial underground organs, 25 identified at species level by barcode marker internal transcribed spacer rDNA protein-coding gene region tef1α. Ten them for first time. The axenic cultures endophytes screened production extracellular enzymes, as well naphthodianthrones their putative precursors Borntragerʼs test HPLC-HRMS. Traces intermediates, emodin, emodin anthrone, skyrin, or pseudohypericin, were detected mycelia Acremonium sclerotigenum Plectosphaerella cucumerina perforatum maculatum, respectively. hypericin, pseudohypericin released broth Scedosporium apiospermum, P. cucumerina, Fusarium oxysporum during submerged fermentation. These several hypericin-producing Taken together, our results reveal biosynthetic potential cultivable harbored evidence existence remarkable plant-endophyte relationships selected non-native ecological niches. A possible role enzymes secondary metabolism is discussed.
