Ethical Differences Within Latin America

摘要: Abstract As the volume of trade within Latin America increases an understanding cultural differences between countries will become increasingly important. One key issue that has received little attention to date is variation in ethical beliefs across American borders. In this study impact attributes on four dilemmas examined. Vignettes are developed for ecological conservation, bribery, sex discrimination, and child labor included a survey which administered multinational managers from Ecuador Chile. Results indicate certain traits linked responses each dilemmas.
