摘要: Bovine embryonic stem-like cells (ES-like cells) appear to maintain a normal diploid karyotype indefinitely during culture in vitro and express marker proteins that are characteristic of ES from mice, namely, alkaline phosphatase (AP), stage-specific antigen-1 (SSEA-1), STAT-3, Oct 4. After proliferation undifferentiated ES-like vitro, some bovine differentiated neural precursor cells, which were cultured the presence basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF), epidermal (EGF), platelet-derived (PDGF). In addition, calves successfully cloned using frequency term pregnancies for blastocysts derived was higher than those early maintained after nuclear transplantation (NT) with somatic cells. Successful cloning should allow introduction into cattle specific genetic characteristics biomedical and/or agricultural importance.
