摘要: Using isochromatic luminance gratings and isoluminant red-green color gratings, examined discrimination in amblyopia were examined. Complete contrast sensitivity functions measured monocularly from each eye of six normal amblyopic observers. Similar spatial frequency-specific deficits found five the amblyopes. One amblyope with a slight deficit showed no deficit. It appears that are similarly affected most amblyopes when factors effectively controlled.
