摘要: Changes in the expression of adhesion proteins involved myoblast differentiation were investigated monolayer (two-dimensional) and 3D (three-dimensional) cell cultures. The integrin alpha3 subunit, beta1 ADAM12 (a disintegrin metalloproteinase 12), tetraspanins CD9 CD81 M-cadherin examined murine line C2C12 a primary culture rat satellite cells. Myoblasts cultures showed significant differences their morphology cytoskeletal organization. All studied participated fusion each examined, but levels observed. Satellite cell-derived myoblasts exhibited higher protein mRNAs than Also, cells from slightly transcripts same cultured as monolayer. Significantly, found to change parallel all types. Despite this finding, it is important that between grown are taken into account when studying processes vitro.
