摘要: Abstract About 30–40% of vulvar cancers present with International Federation Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) (clinical) stage III or IV disease. Although surgical staging was introduced by FIGO in 1988 hard data on this system are still relatively few, a review our own patients suggests that percentage advanced cancer probably holds. We have considered carcinoma the vulva to be locally when primary recurring tumour cannot managed radical resection. Current approaches treatment include ultraradical surgery, radiotherapy, chemo-radiotherapy combination modalities. This chapter reviews current cancer.
