摘要: The aim of this study was to report on the clinical and radiographic results 5 years following treatment intrabony defects with guided tissue regeneration (GTR) in combination deproteinized bovine bone (DBB) (Bio-Oss). Fifteen patients, at least one periodontal defect probing pocket depth (PPD)≥7 mm presence an component (IC)≥4 mm, were treated a PLA/PGA bioabsorbable membrane. Prior placement membrane, filled DBB impregnated gentamicin sulfate 2 mg/ml. Standardized intraoral radiographs taken prior control examinations after 1 years. At baseline, average PPD 9.2±1.1 attachment level (PAL) 10.1±1.6 mm; (RBL) 10.4±2.45 IC 6.2±2.3 present. One year membrane placement, had resulted PAL gain 3.8±1.8 residual 4.2±1.3 RBL 4.7±2.0 2.1±1.2 mm. 5-year examination, two patients did not show up, lost tooth. However, both teeth endodontically treated, progressive destruction might necessarily have been reason for extraction. (11 patients), 4.1±1.6 4.6±1.2 4.9±2.7 1.8±0.8 observed. Statistically significant improvements occurred between baseline 1- controls, whereas there no differences results. GTR membranes Bio-Oss are basically stable long-term basis.
