Lifecycle of Enterprises and its Dynamics: Using Fractal Analogy Model in Empirical Study of Czech and Slovak Enterprises

摘要: Abstract The paper deals with the problematic of general enterprises’ lifecycle based on size (number employees) as a parameter growth and success. Author works Miller Friesen model ( Friesen, 1984 ) expects occurrence similar pattern in large scale sample composed from 677 randomly chosen companies different type. This so cold “fractal analogy” will help to describe successful company terms most significant time dependent phenomena observed researched Czech Slovak enterprises. Except mentioned characterization, which can be considered main objective paper, there were three supplementary hypotheses tested. Questionnaire research background presented data was performed Silesian University, School Business Administration Karvina, Republic attendant bachelor's degree students. Presented includes brief literature review well important findings accompanied commented charts, tables discussion.
