摘要: : This chapter discusses the state-of-the-art and recent developments in quality management food supply chains. Special emphasis is put on regulatory framework of relationship between chain organization attempts to improve chain-wide quality-related communication. These include law certification schemes use IT techniques. The implementation tracking tracing systems total approaches represent new directions that have gained growing relevance sector. Finally how firms perceive what this means for acceptance these are discussed.
